That’s why SpineAustin pursues a conservative, or non-surgical, treatment approach that results in effectively treating over 85 percent of our patients without surgery. If surgery is necessary, SpineAustin patients have access to some of the most highly trained and skilled spine surgeons in the world.

Guided by a conservative approach, SpineAustin’s health care team treats every patient non-surgically first.

If surgery proves necessary, our surgeons use the most appropriate minimally invasive techniques and technologies. Because of our conservative care commitment and expertise, most SpineAustin patients are effectively treated non-surgically, including referred patients who have undergone previous spine surgery.
