Amanda Goods received her undergraduate degree from Barry University in 2005. She completed her training as a physician assistant in 2007, with a Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Masters of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Amanda moved to Texas and began working for Spine Austin in June of 2008 under the supervision of Dr. Jason Lowenstein.

Prior to joining Spine Austin Amanda worked as a surgical technologist for 10 years and in a general orthopedic practice as a Physician Assistant.

“I enjoy working as a surgical PA in spine because the complexity of the patients is always challenging,” she said. “Being able to improve the patient’s quality of life is extremely rewarding.”

Amanda enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son.
